The shortlisting criteria for the PhD admissions Semester I 2023-24 for Indian applicants to the PhD Programme at HUSS, IIT Delhi is given in the attached file. Emails have been sent to all applicants inviting them to fill up a form indicating their choice among the seven HSS areas (Economics, Linguistics, Literature, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and Technology in Society).
Here is the schedule for the admission process:
26 April 2023 Emails to all candidates
4 May 2023 (9am) Deadline for filling choice of HSS areas (through online form mentioned in the email)
6 May 2023 Declaration of candidates shortlisted for Written test
16 May 2023 Written Test at IIT Delhi
17 May 2023 Interview (all who clear the Written Test)
Please note: No Shortlist for Sem 1 2023-24 has been issued yet. It will be issued on 6 May. To prepare shortlist according to eligibility criteria we need information regarding the applicant's choice of area for the written examination which is been collected through the online form that has been sent to ALL APPLICANTS.
